Privacy Policy

Introduction

Eterna Power Group (“Eterna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a permanent-capital firm that acquires and partners with electrical-services companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through eternapowergroup.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at tom@eternapowergroup.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you voluntarily submit to us, and information collected automatically when you visit the Site.

When you complete our contact form, we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your message (optional)

Beyond what you choose to enter into this form, the Site does not ask visitors to create an account or provide payment information.

We also collect certain information automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages visitors view and how they arrived at the Site (page and referrer data). In addition, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP address and browser user-agent in order to operate and secure the Site and to measure aggregate traffic. When you submit the contact form, we also check the originating IP address briefly, purely to limit automated abuse of the form; it is not stored alongside your message. See “Cookies and Analytics” below for more detail.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry;
  • Evaluate a potential conversation about acquiring or partnering with your company; and
  • Communicate with you about next steps in that conversation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise or market to you on behalf of third parties.

How Your Information Is Processed and Shared

Our contact form does not hand your information to any third-party form, marketing, or email-delivery service. When you submit the form, your details are sent to our own server and delivered to us as an email through Microsoft 365 — the same email system we use for all of our correspondence. Your message reaches Eterna Power Group directly, and nobody outside the firm processes it on the way.

If our system is temporarily unable to send, we will tell you so and offer to open a pre-filled message in your own email application instead. In that case nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send it yourself, and the message travels through your own email provider.

We may also share your information with advisors and service providers — such as legal, financial, or diligence advisors — who assist us in evaluating a potential transaction and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Beyond these limited disclosures, we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Confidentiality

We understand that reaching out to us may be one of the most significant conversations a business owner has. Every inquiry, and any acquisition discussion that follows, is treated as confidential. Information you share with us is used solely to evaluate and pursue a potential relationship with you — it is not disclosed publicly or shared outside our team and the advisors described above.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential relationship, and satisfy our legal and business record-keeping obligations. If no relationship develops, we keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary before it is deleted or archived.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic; it is cookieless, does not use device identifiers, and does not track visitors across other sites. Any cookies in use are limited to those strictly necessary for the Site to function.

Your Choices and Rights

Eterna Power Group acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us at any time by emailing tom@eternapowergroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law — for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including the right to know what information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time.

The Site and the systems that support it are operated from the United States, and information we collect may be accessed, stored, and processed in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
